The Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam is one part of the process to become a licensed professional engineer (PE). The FE exam is computer-based and contains problems that require a variety of approaches and methodologies, including design, analysis, application, and operations. The exam is administered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
More information about the exams can be found at the National Council of Examiners website and at the Libraries' FE Exam Guide.
